First of all, I am stoked that you want to get in touch with me. Unfortunately, I receive an overwhelming number of emails every day, and although I read every email that arrives in my inbox, I can’t respond to all of them. If I could respond to every email I would, but then I would have no time left in my day to do any work.

Consulting

If you are looking for hiring me as a consultant, I am unfortunately not available for hire. I am currently in full-time employment and have sufficient open source projects running on the side to keep me busy for the next century. Check out my services page for links to awesome developers who can help you out.

Plugins

There are a lot of things I need to improve in my plugins. Rest assured, I am slowly working towards improving everything. I would greatly appreciate it if you emailed me with recommendations. Whether it is related to the design of the site, content, plugin ideas, plugin improvements etc., I am always looking to improve things. Please be aware that it is highly unlikely I will implement whatever feature you request. Most feature requests are either too specific, too complicated or just too time consuming (or I think they’re plain silly), but that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate hearing your views. Just be aware that I may not have time to respond to your request personally.

If you find a bug in any of my plugins or on my site, I would love to hear from you. Unfortunately, many of the bug reports I receive are unrelated to my own plugins and either caused by unrelated flaws on websites which have been incorrectly attributed to my plugins or they are caused by misunderstanding how the plugins work (apparently my documentation isn’t as good as it should be). In these situations I may not respond to you immediately, however, if I do see a real bug I will almost always respond immediately and attempt to fix the problem ASAP. Please don’t be offended if I do not respond.
